A Must-Have: Cat-A-Pole Interactive Wand Cat Toy

I’m spending the weekend at the Phoenix Feline Fanciers annual cat show in downtown Phoenix (this is a great show that not only celebrates the breeds, but they also support cat rescue. All About Animals Rescue is prominently displayed at the front entrance and yesterday they adopted out all the rescue cats they brought with them!) While at the show, I came across a brand new cat toy that you are going to flip for! It’s the Cat-a-pole and it may be the best new cat toy on the market.
Endlessly Intriguing
The Cat-a-pole is an interactive wand toy with some features that set it apart from all the others. First, it is designed to create a fabulous, unpredictable motion that is endlessly intriguing to cats. The Cat-a-pole has a pom pom and feather toy on the end that flits about like a mouse when you drag it across the floor or like a bird when it zips through the air. Kitty will go nuts!
Second, and what I think is the greatest feature ever, the Cat-a-pole does not use a string for attaching the toy. Instead the toy is attached to a long thin plastic tube. This is what creates the unpredictable motion, but best of all, there’s no string to get tangled! Other wand toys are constantly getting tied in knots or tangling around the cat or the furniture. The Cat-a-pole doesn’t do this. Brilliant!
Finally, this toy has an awesome soft grip handle so your hand doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall off after five minutes of play. I played with this toy non-stop for more than an hour last night and my hand never felt fatigued. Thank you, Cat-a-pole!
